Mr. Welling[]
Eli Welling, night watchman: "I didn't see or hear anything this morning, but when I went around the corner, I saw someone wrote some lies on the wall. I see Mayor Rogers every day, and I can tell you he's a great guy! It's just ugly vandalism, painted by an ugly vandal. The whole neighborhood is full of youngsters with spray cans."
