Estate is the third mission in Rebel Cops.

Mission Description

For years businessman Zachary Ginzburg controlled the whole of Ripton. But when Viktor Zuev arrived in town, Ginzburg decided it was wiser to become the man’s right hand, rather than enter into a nasty turf war. Ginzburg spends most of his time on his estate. Hardly anyone knows Zuev’s kind better than his closest ally.

Debriefing

“During the years he controlled Ripton, Zachary Ginzburg built himself a grand estate. He has everything you can think of on the property: fields of crops and barns, a huge garden and greenhouse, a hunting lodge and a shooting range, a grain mill and a sawmill, a tennis court and a boat dock. And, of course, a luxurious mansion with many rooms.

In one of these rooms holds documents that will shed light on the inner workings of Viktor Zuev’s criminal empire. The door to this room has a combination lock. You’ll need to find the code. The guard building would be a good place to look.

This whole area has been crawling with guards since you captured Ginzburg’s head of security. You’ll need to enter the estate at night, and you better hurry. Come morning, security will be doubled again.

Given the size of the estate, it would be wise to explore the whole area, and equip your cops as well as possible. You’re bound to find a lot of valuables, but you’ll also encounter serious resistance.”

“I come from a military family, and all our most possessions are always inherited. We had a harmonica in our family - played by my great-grandfather in a trench near Alsace. It came down to me, and I had sometimes played it during boat trips with Mr. Ginzburg’s family. He’s not bad as a boss, but he has one passion - to make bets with anyone for any reason. So one day he tricked me into putting the harmonica on a wager. It’s a long story, and I couldn’t tell you how it all happened. The main thing is that he fooled me, and took the harmonica by trickery. Now I’m so upset about it, my great-grandfather is long dead, but I dream about him every night! I’m begging you - return the harmonica to me, and give me back my peace of mind. Mr. Ginzburg surely cast it aside somewhere in the main house, and promptly forgot all about it. In return, I’ll help your guys escape from the guards, if the need arises.”

Bogdan Palagha - Help expose the killer!

“Do you remember the story of the maniac Dentist? He strangled girls and disfigured them with a drill. Then he was supposedly caught in Freeburg, but I knew all along that wouldn’t be the end of it. And sure enough, the killings started up again recently. And I know the psycho who decided to become the latest Dentist copycat: Jan Ginzburg, the youngest son of Zachary Ginzburg. While he commits his murders, he uses one of the security vehicles used for guarding his father. In the trunk of this car, you’ll find all the evidence we’ll need to help me expose him. You just need to get into the garage next to the main building on the Ginzburg estate, open up the trunk, and bring me everything you find. And don’t worry - you won’t have any problems breaking in. I’ll give you a key.”

Goal: Break into the trunk of the security car in the garage beside the estate’s main building, and recover any evidence you find.

Locate the garage southwest of the mansion. It will be guarded by one blocking the door, another patrolling the path, and two guarding the entrance to the mansion’s compound.

Darth O’Muni - Help get Warren Nash!

“I represent a client with a score to settle with Warren Nash, the sheriff of the nearby town of Sharpwood. You probably don’t know this, but Nash isn’t the man he claims to be. He’s a real criminal. My client has learned of a deal between Warren Nash and Zachary Ginzburg. Ginzburg records all conversations with his business partners - as a precaution. I managed to find out that Ginzburg has a tape of Nash, hidden somewhere in his greenhouse. See if you can find it. The tape will help my client get even with the two-faced Nash.”

Goal: Find the tape recording in the greenhouse.

The greenhouse is somewhere to the right of the mansion. Inside will be Zachary himself, and a barrel with the tape. It’s recommended to arrest Zachary and get the tape before getting the documents in the mansion.

Antonio Ravanelli - Free my daughter!

“Zachary Ginzburg is engaged in pandering and human trafficking. - I’ve known it for a long time . I just never wanted to believe it. Greta, my youngest, worked at his estate, and she never had any complaint. But for two days now, nobody has heard anything from her, and the police don’t even want to hear about it! I think my Greta is being held against her will. She said that there was always something strange going on in the guest houses on the estate. The staff weren’t allowed in there, but people in expensive cars would visit every night.”

Goal: Antonio Ravanelli’s caught is being kept in one of the guest houses. Free her.

Esther Brainer - Only you can save my husband!

“My husband Sean lost his carpentry business recently, and he's started up drinking. Yesterday he came home all worked up, saying he had an idea how to get everything back. He has some idea that's a sure thing, and all he needs is an investor. So he's meeting with Zachary Ginzburg. He's got a lot of money, and even owns the sawmill on the estate. Sean said he was presenting his new project to Ginzburg personally, and then he left. That’s the last I saw him. He never came back home. I’m afraid Ginzburg’s guards did something to Sean. I heard the estate is on lockdown, because of what happened at the railway station. Please find my husband!”

Goal: Find Esther Brainer’s husband in the sawmill, and help him get home.

It’s recommended to stay stealthy when trying to save the husband. If the alarm in that area is triggered, and the husband hasn’t been saved, he will be killed. The husband is in the sawmill, with one guard in the front, two on the left side, three on the right side, and one inside.
