In This Is The Police, the Freeburg Police Department employs Police Officers, Detectives and SWAT members.
There are 15 officers and 5 detectives at the start of the game. You can increase the maximum slots for officers and detectives individually through requests to City Hall, investments through Atticus Corp or doing certain favours.
