| Day 4: Homicide|
Day 59: Drug sales
Last night, a vandal decorated one of the walls at City Hall.
Clues and witnesses
An inscription was left on the wall of City Hall: "Mayor Rogers is a sexist coward." Next to it was painted a large symbol of the feminist movement.
Eli Welling, night watchman: "I didn't see or hear anything this morning, but when I went around the corner, I saw someone wrote some lies on the wall. I see Mayor Rogers every day, and I can tell you he's a great guy! It's just ugly vandalism, painted by an ugly vandal. The whole neighborhood is full of youngsters with spray cans."
Camera footage captured the whole night outside City Hall. The offender was tall, wearing baggy clothes, with a hat pulled down over their eyes. The individual is impossible to make out, but it's clear that he or she was wearing a backpack, with a large paint brush poking out.
Louise Roulet: Member of a radical feminists gang.
Suburb: Louise Roulet lives with her grandmother in the suburbs.
